- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a new costumer, I usually like to travel to my client to meet them and view and approve the job. Talking to my client and learning more about what is needed is the best way to communicate and succeed

I have taken several seminars on cleaning services and how to run cleaning service along with seminars on the best products available out there for my staff and clients to make sure we are always prepared and ready and to make things easier.
