Absolutely fabulous! We had a really great experience working with Master Craft & Design. They remodeled both our guest bathroom and deck in July 2018. Both projects exceeded our expectations!! Ed and his crew showed up on time every day and were very professional and friendly. They treated our house as if it were their own - taking care of the space and cleaning up at the end of every day. They were like family when they were in our home. In fact, we miss having them around! Both projects were finished on time and very close to our original quote. Ed was also very responsive and accommodated all of my requests which was important to me.
The bathroom included updating the plumbing, laying new tile in the shower and floor and repairing the drywall. The bathroom is gorgeous and the attention to detail with the tilework was amazing. Josh offered his design suggestions along the way and we were so thankful for that since we had never done a remodel before.
Ed and his crew took our small crappy deck and turned it into a true outdoor sanctuary! They reinforced the old frame, replaced all of the deck boards, added a ton of new square footage, and gave us a gorgeous new railing. Every time I walk now outside my heart smiles. We absolutely love our new deck and enjoy spending time out there!
We couldn’t be happier with the way both projects turned out. I would highly recommend Master Craft & Design. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

The bathroom remodel project was put on hold until I could get my sagging floor issue resolved. Ed from Master Craft & Design contacted me to let me know he could take care of that for me too. The house was built on a crawl space and the beams and joists are per code but the joists were bowing in the middle. In just one day of work Ed installed two 2"x12" beams and 8 jack screw supports. He did an excellent job, was able to begin my project in just a couple of weeks, and was reasonably priced. I recommend his services and will hire him again for other projects.

We took on a rather large project in our new home, which included a full kitchen remodel, not done by MasterCraft - and what I can say is that Eddie and his team were by FAR the best contractors we worked with during this process. He was extremely helpful and communicative - any time I needed something, he responded quickly and entirely.
Outside of that - his pricing was extremely fair and he did a top-notch, job. Every detail was gone over to ensure that it met both my and his standards. There was a complete transformation made to our home in a timely fashion, and Eddie was also up front with what was going on.
I never felt as though we were being slighted or that the work done did not match our expectations. In fact, everything exceeded the expectations and we even enlisted Eddie to do a few other things. We wish we had even MORE in our home for him and his team to do because they did such a fantastic job.

Ed was professional, thorough and completed the project in a timely manner. Will hire again. Have subsequently used Ed and his crew on a remodel of our first floor and we could not have been any happier with the finished product. The attention to detail is by far the best I have ever experienced with a contractor. The entire crew are perfectionists and treat your home like it is theirs. Have several more projects in the hopper and will absolutely have Ed and the guys back.

Ed was very friendly and we easily trusted him in our house. He did a wonderful job finishing a drop ceiling and the bathroom floor looks nice. We added some extra trim along the edges to better finish the overall appearance.
