I had the bare joists in my basement ceiling painted - all told about 1,000 square feet. My basement is already finished, so this was a tricky job. Bill tarped off all the walls and floors and painted (sprayer) the entire basement ceiling, one room at a time. The job was completed on time (better part of three days) and the result is exactly what we were hoping for. From my experience, Bill is honest, trustworthy and does what he says he's going to do. He has a desire to do the job right, and the quality of his work is very good.

+ Installed new window in the bathroom, installed bluetooth speaker vent, shower door. + Installed kitchen backsplash, painted cabinets and walls in the kitchen + Painted walls and trim in the family room - There was damage to my bathtub during bathroom remodel. They attempted to fix it twice - to no avail (it actually looked worse). I contacted a professional to re-glaze. - Paint on the floors, paint on the top of the fridge, railings, (paint splatter from the ceiling ended up on the table) marks where paint was wiped with a rag never got touched up, can see through some of the paint to the old color, swipe marks near moldings, painted over temporary hooks/tape - Backsplash is not even some of the tiles stick out. -Team had to re-grout bathroom floor after the grout cracked within a week of install - Cabinet paint had to be retouched; paint peeled off the first time i opened the cabinet doors - Team left house unlocked on more than one occasion after instruction to lock the house - Had to ask multiple times for smaller details to be completed or cleaned up; provided a list and the items - some were left incomplete (paint clean up, touch ups, etc)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to personally meet with all my customers, no matter if it is me or my workers that are going to be performing the work. after we decide were going to work togather the next step is finalizing designs, picking our finish material, and submitting our plans. once we have those figured out we plan a start date, simple and easy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
we work with all types of customers with different budget, projects, and scopes. bathrooms, kitchens, basements.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Last minute handyman work comes all the time. Something that people really need done A.S.A.P. so we go in and get it done quick! There is nothing better than seeing someones expressions after we take care of problem jobs.
