General Computer Work:
$25.00 an hour minimum two hours, M-F and $30.00 and hour Saturday and Sunday.
Cash only! NO checks. NO credit cards. A paper or electronic invoice can be made upon request.
EXCLUSIONS:
Service limited to any laptop or desktop computer running a Windows operating system. Sorry, NO service available for Apple/MAC or Linux systems.
PARTS AVAILABILITY:
I do NOT stock computer parts and components. The customer is responsible for buying and/or providing all the required parts/components for the job. I can supply all needed information so you may order the required parts. I do NOT purchase parts on anyone's behalf due to proof of purchase, warranty and return issues from the purchasing location.

I was totally satisfied with my interaction with Mr. Buchanan. He repaired my granddaughter's laptop and then my desktop computer. He was very professional while still being friendly and approachable. He gave me some computer tips that will benefit me. I am also impressed with his honesty; at one point he could have sold me further services, but he told me exactly what the problems and options were.
