Lubinski Remodeling did an excellent job on our ceiling drywall repair & associated repainting. I was particularly pleased with them checking to see if we had matching paint on hand, and their ability to ensure that the final paint color was indistinguishable from the preexisting color, which is hard to do. Excellent job overall
They did a great job painting the interior of our home. They also fixed some trim issues we had as well. Highly recommend!

Good communication as aspects of the project changed. Had Christian and his team expand from a drywall repair, to flooring, painting and windows. All workers were nice, polite and did good work. Would recommend.

I was so impressed with this crew from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and reliable, and made a quick-turn deck painting project happen seamlessly. The team they sent was kind, professional, and did excellent work. Christian was clear and communicative throughout, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I hired them to insulate my second floor (an attic that had been converted into living space) and upgrade the HVAC system to improve the temperature upstairs. Before this project, the second floor was basically unlivable. It was an actual oven in the summer and freezing in the winter.
After having some frustrating experiences with other contractors on different home projects, I was honestly nervous going into this one. Fortunately, Christian was responsive whenever I had questions or concerns, and most importantly, they accomplished exactly what I hired them to do. My second floor is finally comfortable and usable.
I especially appreciated that when unexpected issues came up, Christian addressed them instead of cutting corners. My house presented a few challenges, but he made adjustments so the final result still met my needs. That gave me confidence that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and about making sure I was happy with the outcome.
The crew as a whole was hardworking and professional. Ivan, who was at my house almost every day for three weeks, deserves special recognition. He was polite, took pride in his work, and clearly cared about doing the job well. The HVAC company they recommended was also excellent to work with.
The only negative part of my experience involved the field “manager”, Thomas. He needs to be more respectful of customers, their homes, and what he chooses to say within earshot of homeowners. There were moments that I found unprofessional and unnecessary. (Fortunately, Christian took my concerns seriously and made sure they were addressed.) That experience wasn’t representative of the rest of the team, and it doesn’t change the fact that I’m very happy with the finished project.
Overall, I’m glad I hired them. My upstairs is finally usable living space, the work was done well, and I appreciate everything Christian and the crew did for me. (My dog even liked everyone, which probably mattered the most 😆✌️🤗)
