I started my Personal Chef Service nearly five years ago. As a constant reminder to all small businesses the importance of networking, marketing, having a presence in supporting your community are all necessary in order to succeed. A couple of years ago I realized that one aspect that was missing from communicating my message and marketing was…video. Who helped me realize this was meeting Dan Gelfond. I have done several corporate videos with Dan, and he's knocked it out of the park every time. The look and feel are always very high quality, and whatever visual or audio effects I have in mind, he's able to meet--and often exceed--my expectations. What's especially impressive is his range, as my videos have covered the spectrum from humorous to serious and everything in between. I guess the best place to start is the beginning. I had paid a so called professional production company to shoot film for a DVD that I was going to use for a tv show. They took my money, shot the footage (put it in the wrong format) but refused to edit it and make the DVD (which was part of my cost). I was desperate. I found Dan, and he made it all better. He changed the format, helped with the music, the text and in the end created a professional, Hollywood ready product. Due to Dan's help I have had Animal Planet interview me for several tv shows. Dan IS indeed the man.

Pricing is based on each project because there are so many variables. There are a few standard packages for Weddings and Mitzvahs.

Speaking on the phone or in person to discuss the clients needs. Then giving a quote and deciding if we are a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college with a TV and radio degree and was trained by Steven Spielberg's foundation to interview people for their life stories.
