Overall I would say that our experience with Thom was great! His pricing is really reasonable compared to others out there and at the start of the process he really sits with you to work everything out. He came to our house multiple times to go over plans and pointed us in the right direction when we were getting overzealous.. Getting permits is always hard--and that took longer than expected for a small project like ours. I wasn't thrilled with the fact that his expediter hadn't realized that the city guy assigned to approving our permits had been fired which was the big hangup. (How did I find that out and he/she not?). There have been some very minor flaws in the plans as we've gone through the building process--which I am sure would have been corrected had we brought them to his attention. In the long run we had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone that wants someone to get the job done without the snobbery and intimidation of some of the other teams out there.

Most of our projects are fixed fee with pricing specifically tailored to the scope of the individual project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Dog houses to skyscrapers. But seriously, we treat all client projects with the same level of dedication and professionalism.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Start early. Selecting an architect is just the first step in your project. Approaching a project with a realistic timeline is often just as important as a realistic budget.
