Don't let my nutrition background "scare" you from hiring us. I have personally served close to 500 dinner parties in the past 8 years. Our philosophy is simple, we don't need butter or wheat (gluten) to showcase how good our food really is. I am one of only a handful chefs w/ an integrated nutritional college education and background. I am an expert when it comes to food that can heal you. I work specifically in the auto-immune, allergy and food sensitivity world and have helped hundreds of individuals and families in the 7 years I have been in business. It's what we call "Clean Eating." Our specialty is cooking real food and bringing it to your home w/ organic standards. We use non-GMO and organic ingredients and an array of thoughtful applications, spices, and herbs to provide clients with exquisite meals and generous portions. I am also a thyroid & diabetes specialist (when it comes to food) and I specialize in helping folks put their Auto Immune disease into remission. My track record will speak for my success. I have college degrees from DePaul (business) and Kendall (culinary) Plus ongoing work for my MS is immunology & macro nutrients. Be careful when hiring someone who took an "online course" to become a "life or wellness coach" from an institution that is not accredited. I cook this way for people because I reversed many AID’s of my own including a BPD/ADHD/ADD by learning what food did to me and for me. I not only cook this way for my clients but I also live the lifestyle as well. How many "life coaches" can say the same... The personal satisfaction and reward of providing my customers with the life experience approach to eating the right food because I live it every day.
