Do not hesitate! Hire Max! Max was so knowledgeable about our residential drainage and sewer system and knew just want to check to make sure our systems were functioning properly.
I message him in the morning and he was able to come by that same day at noon. Our sump pump had been acting up (turned out to be a minor blockage that dislodged during the investigation) so he did an investigation of the discharge pipe/pop up emitter. He also investigated the additional connection to our sewer ejector pump and our downspout connections. As this was all an investigation and no work, it was free of charge. He did it happily and was super helpful explaining the system to me (new home owner).
I will definitely be calling him again if we experience another issue. I Highly recommend!!
