I had an excellent experience with DAL Quality. They installed LVP throughout my entire first floor, including the living room, family room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and reliable. They kept me informed throughout the project, completed the work in a timely manner, and did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. The quality of the work and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. We recently had vinyl flooringinstalled in our home and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installer was professional, punctual and extremely detailed orientated. He took the time to properly prepare the surface, ensuring the floor would look great and last for years, the craftsmanship really shows in the finished result. Every plank is a line perfectly. The cuts are clean and the transitions between room rooms look seamless. They also kept the work area, very clean and made sure everything was cleaned up. Once the job was complete. What stood out the most was their dedication to doing the job right and making sure we were happy with the outcome. Our floors look amazing and have completely transformed the space. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a fixed price per square feet since mostly all projects differ from each other. Rather, price is built considering all the other necessary steps needed in order to fully complete a floor installation or replacement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new lead/customer we try to reach out on the Thumbtack app. If we don't hear anything from the customer on the app then we follow up with a phone call or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team members have oversees flooring installation experience as well as many years of experience installing in US for others flooring companies such as Empire Today, Home Depot, Luna, Floor and Decor etc.
