After having my dump pump malfunction and basement flood, I engaged DAL to help to restore my basement to what it once was. This involved laying floors, installing trim and painting. DAL worked quickly, did good work, and was extremely nice. The level of customer service was awesome. When trying to pick flooring and trim, they helped match colors and designs so that everything flowed well throughout the house. They also quickly returned to do touch up work on areas that I didn’t notice needed a touch up until after I paid and he left. I would definitely use them again.

Claudiu did great work and worked with me with any concerns and questions I had. Joana was very responsive and worked around my schedule and got the flooring done sooner than later. Claudiu not only did great work on the flooring but also did a great job with self leveling my concrete basement subfloor. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending to anyone I know looking to have flooring or self leveling done

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a fixed price per square feet since mostly all projects differ from each other. Rather, price is built considering all the other necessary steps needed in order to fully complete a floor installation or replacement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new lead/customer we try to reach out on the Thumbtack app. If we don't hear anything from the customer on the app then we follow up with a phone call or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team members have oversees flooring installation experience as well as many years of experience installing in US for others flooring companies such as Empire Today, Home Depot, Luna, Floor and Decor etc.
