My staircase was in rough shape — several treads were loose and creaking, a couple had actually started to detach, and the handrail had pulled away from the drywall. I called Victor to fix it, and I'm really glad I did.
Victor removed and saved the existing treads, installed new 2x8 supports underneath for a solid base, and reinstalled the treads using both glue and screws so they're not going anywhere. Victor also reinforced the handrail and post with a new wall square rosette, so it's now firmly anchored.
The work was clean, sturdy, and the stairs feel completely solid now — no more creaking or wobbling. Fair pricing for the amount of work involved, and everything was done efficiently. Would definitely hire Victor again for any future flooring or carpentry work.
Great experience. Took 10 minutes one day to make the assessments on the stairs and were back promptly the next day to make the repairs.

Victor and the team were fantastic to work with. From the beginning, they clearly laid out the steps ahead and process to get the work to done. I am extremely happy with my new hardwood staircase and landings. Victor and Michael did an exceptional job prepping, installing, staining, sealing and painting. It took a little longer than expected but the results made it worth the extra time. The stairs are so beautiful!!! Victor is intelligent, professional and very hardworking. The pricing was extremely reasonable. Will definitely call on them again for future flooring projects.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The total price on the provided estimate is the price of the project which will be finished. Yet, the customer will be informed if additional costs are needed for the project to be completed appropriately (e.g. subfloor repair under the carpet)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrive at the job site and take the needed measurements to provide the customer with an accurate estimate. If the customer agrees to the estimate, a deposit of 30% is required before starting the project.

An average flooring project will take around 2-3 days, but the timeline varies by many factors.
