I had hired AVS Services to perform a move-out cleaning of the apartment I was leaving. Victor was helpful and responsive. He sent me a quote with attached pictures of previous work, and it looked great, so we set up an appointment. The day of the cleaning, an emergency job popped up that consumed the entire team, and I was left in the dust. Victor offered to reschedule for another day, but my schedule and the end of my lease wouldn't allow it. I'm thankful that Victor kept me apprised of the situation up until it was apparent that no one would be available to meet me at the apartment and he expressed his condolences. Unfortunately, I had already moved my cleaning supplies, so I had to go buy a new arsenal and do the job myself. I would give AVS Services a second chance in the future as long as I had a little bit more flexibility in my schedule.
