- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PRICES: Prices are based per hour (+ travel fee if appropriate). 2 hour minimum requirement on weekends and holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial PHONE CONTACT ONLY directly from my Thumbtack profile. NO TEXT OR EMAIL ACCEPTED FOR INITIAL CONTACT directly from the profile. 25% non-refundable deposit required on a credit card with balance due by check or cash only (no credit cards) NOTE: 5% convenience service charge added if balance due has to be paid by credit card.
