- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE Estimates. We provide a 5% Discount for Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire Rescue personnel. Also, we have a Referral Program where you can earn a $100 gift card
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is makeing an appointment to meet the customer in person at their home. You can schedule your FREE Estimate or Call Back by contacting us here. We like to meet our customers face-to-face, so we start by scheduling an apoitment time that works best for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff have years of service training and experience to give you the highest quality roof for your home or business.
