recently had my electrical panel replaced and I’m very happy with the work. Everything was done professionally, safely, and up to code. He explained the process clearly, showed up on time, and kept the work area clean throughout the job. The new panel looks great and everything is working perfectly. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, and excellent communication.

This man is a scam. 1st scheduled appt he did not make it. 2nd scheduled appt he arrived and quoted me $450 to hardwire a ring doorbell. Then claimed he couldn’t do it that same day because it was a 2 man job. The man just wanted me to pay the $180 service fee. For no work. I hired another professional he quoted me half the price and did it same day BY HIMSELF.

Details: Home systems (doorbells or security cameras) • Replace existing wiring • A few wires • House

Solo Electric Co's reply
After evaluating the installation, we provided a quote based on our assessment of the scope of work and the labor required to complete it according to our standards. We understand that another contractor chose a different approach and pricing structure, and we respect your decision to move forward with them. We acknowledge that the scheduling issues contributed to your frustration, and for that we apologize. However, characterizing our business as a scam is inaccurate. We provided the service that was agreed upon—a professional evaluation and quote—and made our recommendations based on what we believed was necessary for the job. We wish you the best and are glad you were able to get your project completed.
