Dave G. says, "Our neighbor's tree fell and damaged our deck and garage. I had a difficult time finding someone to come out to do the work. Thankfully, I found Perdomo Construction. Julio and his crew did a spectacular job replacing our deck! If I could have selected all 5 things above about what I liked working with Perdomo Construction I would have. The crew was punctual, friendly, neat and the work they performed was detailed and well done. They cleaned everything up after completing the job. They left nothing behind. Other than our brand new deck you'd never know they'd been here. After seeing Julio's work, we are having him remodel our basement bathroom that had been torn up from having interior drain tile put in. I'm also having Perdomo Construction do the replacement of our garage. Perdomo Construction will be the first one I call when I have any kind of job to be done."See more

From the initial meeting with Tom, to the 3D Joanna Gaines design experience, living in a construction zone, to the final reveal, every step of the way was pleasant. Tom initially helped us find our vision. We had ideas, but couldnt put them on down on paper. He helped us come up with the perfect layout after changing our minds a few times. Every step of the way, we were informed and involved. We also had to live in our home during the whole process. While its not ideal, it was kept as clean as a construction zone could be for us. It was so exciting to see the reveals as things were completed. As the project came to fruition, everything was gone over with a fine toothed comb to be sure we were happy. One of my favorite parts of the process was the cleaning crew provided at the end (especially being 8 months pregnant at the time!). This allowed us to literally just start enjoying the space. Weve been in contact with Tom since the completion of our project and he even helped us on more than one occasion with emergency situations we had in other parts of the house that his company wasnt even involved in. We highly recommend using Turnkey Renovation for your future home projects, is was a wonderful experience!! Oh, did I mention they finished earlier than expected too....."See more

Andrew was willing to fit my backyard vision through a three tier phased approach plus accommodate my timeframe and budget. They went above and beyond what I asked for and even helped with assisting me to stores visits to get the right products. The masonry team is courteous and cleanly. They were able to keep things as clean as they could (brick dust) through each phase. Great job gentlemen - I would hire them again to come back for phase two!"See more
