About
We are a full service general contractor. We have all the licensed trades and finish contractors to complete any project or build. We are about educating and communicating throughout the processes No surprises. I have been doing this for over 20 years first as a journeyman Carpenter educated in all aspects from rough to trim and who is trained to know all trade work. Electrical , plumbing etc.
There is a correct process to everything we do to make sure it’s done correct all the way to completion.

We commissioned Ed and his team to remodel our high rise 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Lakeview. In total they completely remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, sanded and restrained the hardwood floors, installed new closet doors, painted throughout, and brought our electrical and plumbing up to current code. This project took about 8 months, during which time Ed was in constant communication with us and our HOA, coordinating to make sure everything stayed on track. He was always accessible whenever we had concerns and made sure to address them to our satisfaction. Everyone on his team was very nice and courteous, especially given that we were living in the construction area for part of the time. Ed’s initial quote was accurate and the only overages were items we specifically upgraded ourselves or asked to modify. We are very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and Ed’s commitment to integrity and excellence. We highly recommend ES Carpentry for all your home remodeling needs.
