- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to make sure the personal chef you hire has a Sanitation License from the appropriate Health Department. This ensures they are trained in safe food handling and cooling. Also, do not get tied into a long contract. My service does not make a client sign a long term committment. If a client needs to cancel the service, I just ask for a 2 week notice.
