Super SLOW...to respond!! By the time they responded to my message someone else had already responded... came out...fixed it...showed me how to use it...etc. I had even recommended the person to my dad and an appointment has been set for him as well. I'm sure they mean well but responding is half the job!!!

I had a very poor experience. I contacted this organization to request a quote. I gave them my contact information. They contacted me to set up an appointment. Due to travel, I was unable to respond. Without confirming an appointment, a technician showed up at my door and was very rude to my partner. To show up unannounced like this is not acceptable. This felt very much like deceptive business practices.
