- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget. Our full 5-Star process involves furniture move, subfloor prep, floor installation, floor trim installation and painting, matching vents and even an extended warranty. We can adjust these items to the options that fit your budget, but we can go all the way with a 5 Star installation to make the process as easy as home renovation can be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Floor Coverings International made me complete over 200 hours of training, three weeks in person in Atlanta, before I could even open my franchise. We train continuously with a week long conference each year, multiple days with key vendors and more sprinkled about.
