FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a meet and greet appointment. I travel to the new clients home, we take a spin through their home, they can tell me what they except to be done and I also explain what I typically include in my services. It is important to me that my clients feel comfortable with me prior to the services being performed. If it's not a good fit for the client or for me, no worries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes...I always try new cleaning products, paper products, etc. I do a lot of reading and researching to solve issues I have encountered on the job. Stainless steel appliances and glass shower doors can be a struggle so I am always on the look out for improved ways to handle some of the tougher challenges.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I cleaned homes as a college student, many years ago and after many years in retail sales I was looking to make a change of careers. I love being home and cleaning my own home so this is the perfect fir.
