FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No deposit. You pay on completion, not before. Every estimate is itemized line by line so you can see exactly what you're paying for and why. No hidden fees, no vague "roofing package" pricing. Our verified average is roughly 20% below what the big franchises charge in the same western suburbs zip codes. We publish price ranges on our website because we think you should know ballpark costs before you even call. Financing is available through Acorn Finance for homeowners who want to spread the cost over time. And if a repair can extend your roof's life 5 to 10 years, we'll recommend the repair and save you thousands. We'd rather earn your trust now and do your replacement when it actually makes sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call or request a quote online. We schedule a free inspection, usually same day or next day. The inspection covers the roof exterior, attic, ventilation, and any problem areas. We use EagleView aerial measurements for precision, not eyeball estimates from a ladder. After the inspection, you get an itemized estimate showing every line item: materials, labor, tearoff, disposal, permits. No lump sums. If we think a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we tell you that directly. Once you approve, most full replacements are completed in a single day, tearoff to cleanup. We document everything with photos before, during, and after. You don't pay until the work is done and you're satisfied. Our project coordinator Gina keeps you updated throughout the process so you always know what's happening and when.
