It took forever for me to finally pull the trigger on countertops, Tom was patient and we we were finally ready he had the job scheduled and completed in a decent amount of time. We replaced existing countertops with quartz on existing cabinets. The whole jive was two days and they were very clean and efficient. There were a few items that were not quite how we were expecting them, so I let Tom know and they were out immediately to fix them. The adjustments only took about an hour, but he was aiming to ensure we were fully satisfied with the outcome, and we definitely were.

I am so lucky to have found TCN Cabinets and Design. The faucet on my soaker tub was leaking and the tub had no access to the plumbing. Called several places for help, but Tom had the solution. His crew replaced 3 sink faucets, repaired my damaged counter top and made an access panel in my tub, replaced the faucet and added a sprayer. EXCELLENT experience for bathroom -- totally redone. I met with TCN (Tom & Elise), then over the next two days I visited the suppliers they recommended (tile, plumbing, lighting, etc), and made my selections. So TCN's quote was based on my actual choices. Then I left for 5+ weeks in Florida! Throughout the process, communications by TCN and their crew were outstanding....clear, timely, advice-filled, courteous. Even though I was not home during most of the work, they were trustworthy and kept everything as tidy as possible. It felt like a real partnership. I am very pleased with and proud of how amazing it turned out. Thanks, TCN!

We had the dishwasher installed, and had extra cabinets made to match our existing kitchen cabinets. We really loved the customer service, and the workers were VERY professional! Great Work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We carry all products at a wholesale rate. We focus on cabinetry, and carry many lines to choose from that can fit within your budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone call to help address your needs. Then we will come out to your home for a free in home deign consultation, measure your space and discuss products, etc. Then we have a meeting showing you your space on a 3-d CAD design, as well as discuss budget and details. Once that is achieved we put you on our calendar at your convenience all steps needed to complete updating and creating your space, and hoping to exceed your expectations while doing so!
