Earlier this year my house caught on fire. My home needed a full demolishion and overhaul. I hired Ollie (Oliver) McDowell as my contractor. Ollie did the full job from top to bottom including new roof, new walls, new windows, doors, new floors, new walls, fully primed and painted, new cabnets in both kitchen and bathroom. Ollie hand tiled my back splash in both the kitchen and bathroom. New Tub, toilet, and sink. New floors including carpeting, He had my home re-wired, new heating and aircondition.....etc. Ollie stucked within his time frame that was quoted on the bid. Ollie used good quality material in my house and put his personal professional touch in as well. You name it he did it. If there was something he could have done better, I never saw, because everything and ALL my encounters during the reconstruction was perfessional. Ollie is the most perfessional contractor you will ever want to use for your services. I would recommend Ollie on a scale from 1 - 10, with 10 being perfect I would rate him a perfect 10!! He is most definitly a professional contractor!!!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1st. Check Refererances or if possible check pass work to see if the work is still right and tight. Because if a contractor skip steps or cover up problems the work will not last over time. 2nd Don't ever be fooled by the big company name or the great salesman some companies have. Check their craftmanship and honesty. Its alot of fast talkers taking advantage of customers who just don't have the knowledge of certain standards and codes. It is the contractor duty or job to educate the customer or to lead the customer in the right direction to protect the investment.
