Marshay was extremely professional when creating my menu and providing me options for what I was looking for. She was very punctual and made all deadlines. The quality of food was great and the food tasted extremely delicious. I recommend Marshay to be your chef for any event you have going on. You won’t be disappointed.

This was an amazing experience! Chef Shay & T was soo much fun, easy to work with & the food was amazing!!! Will definitely do this again! Just an overall very positive experience for me (the host :) & the guests! A week later it’s still being talked about!!!

Decided to give Mediterranean food a try and guess what y’all! This girl has me hooked! She was professional, quick, the flavor was amazing, and don’t get me started with her brunch! For these prices I’m DEFINITELY buying from her again.

They are affordable so I’ve heard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first look at what they are looking for and how many guests they are trying to cater to. I then write them a message to let them know I appreciate the interest in working with me. I let them know a great time to talk and in that time I am now customizing a menu. So when they call I can have everything together so if they are wanting to move forward we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just food safety and cleanliness.This is so important for me and especially for customer.
