FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a prospective client for the first time, I ask a lot of questions to determine what they need and how I can best tailor my service to them to help me provide maximum profitability and tax reduction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually upgrade my certification with QuickBooks and the NACPB to keep up with all the latest tools and tips to help my clients improve their bottom line. I spend at least 25 hours per year in advanced Clinical Professional Education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I opened my own business in 1983, I decided that I should learn accounting after interviewing many other accountants who really didn't know business from an entrepreneurs standpoint. From that day on, I have grown to love and appreciate how good accounting numbers can help a business survive and thrive.
