FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't think its complicated, we charge by the room. The reason being is I feel if we were to charge by the hour, who is to say that an employee is not going to take there time, chill on the couch, watch some tv, slack around, just to drag out the hours. That drives up the customers price if we charge by the hour. We charge by the room and you can customize the cleaning, pick and choose what rooms you want clean. Why would you want to pay for a room that doesnt need to be cleaned? How many people need there guest bedroom cleaned when they never have any guests. How many babys rooms need to be cleaned every week, when there probably never even in there room while being so young.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride in continuing education, we have to maintain a certain amount of credit in order to keep our accreditations and licensing. Which is such a great thing, we can stay up to date with the new products, chemicals, equipment and carpet industry. There are always new brands of carpet and chemicals and newer upgraded equipment. Who still has a bag phone? You dont want to use a company that may have the name out there and have been branded for a long time, they may still have the same old equipment, give the newbies a shot, as I know we have top of the line equipment and take pride in our cleaning and our carpet cleaning. Were fresh out of school and do not take short cuts. We were not trained to do that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily cater to residential customers, but are now expanding our services to commercial clients and really wanting to do more carpet cleaning. One stop shopping is what we provide, know and trust the people in your house and only write out one check and not have several different people in your house and scheduling so many different appointments. We detail clean for our residential customers and would provide the same type of service for carpet cleaning. We have top of the line equipment as well as extensive training for our carpet cleaning technicians. IICRC certified company for those who want to maintain the warranty on your carpet. Please be sure to check out your warranty paperwork when you purchase new carpet.
