I have an extensive background (20+ years) in education, leadership development, and intercultural communication. I currently teach graduate level courses in personal and leadership development, and love to coach my clients to experience greater growth and fulfillment. I will support you through our coaching sessions and resources in between sessions to help you achieve the specific personal and / or leadership growth that you want to see. I am a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Enneagram, and have training in the Clifton Strengths Finder. I excel in providing support for: 1. Meeting a personal or professional goal. 2. Clarifying your unique strengths and personality, and building confidence in the value you contribute. 3. Making a personal or professional transition (role change, career move, etc.). 4. Building your leadership skills for a variety of settings. 5. Creating healthy teams and developing healthy communication patterns.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $150/hour, but currently I am offering a holiday and New Year's special for $25 off per session. I have a variety of specific coaching packages, including: 1. Progress Over Perfection - great for meeting a specific goal or getting unstuck 2. Tricky Transitions - navigating personal or professional transitions 3. Leading at all Levels - supporting leaders to lead well at all levels
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer all new clients a 45 minute free coaching consultation to determine if working with me is a good fit. In that meeting, we identify coaching goals, desired length of coaching, frequency of sessions (monthly, weekly, biweekly, etc.), and what topics we will cover throughout our coaching engagement. Once terms are established, I will send you a contract to review so that our agreement is clear and there are no questions.
