- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing I prefer to negotiate or touch base on. I'm very easy going and my pricing will depend on distance and what sort of service you need. I can build you a menu, make personalized drinks, or I could pour beers and wine. so price will fluctuate depending on what you need from me and how intricate you want your cocktails to be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk a bit and see what type of service you're looking for, what the vibe of the event is, what the guests are like. The more detailed you are, the easier everything will be come your event. Aunt Linda always orders espresso martinis but she's lactose intolerant? I'll bring some oat milk. Nervous about someone who has a habit of drinking a bit too quickly? let me know! I'll "forget" their order ;) As much as I love surprises, I prefer to walk in knowing everything I can to help make your day special :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
while I was traveling I set a chunk of time aside to learn about wine and liquor more in-depth. what better place to learn about your favorite drinks than where they originated? As before, I've worked in *many* different venues and styles of restaurants so I have the experience of not only a diverse background, but privet parties are my favorite!
