The bathroom remodel project was put on hold until I could get my sagging floor issue resolved. Ed from Master Craft & Design contacted me to let me know he could take care of that for me too. The house was built on a crawl space and the beams and joists are per code but the joists were bowing in the middle. In just one day of work Ed installed two 2"x12" beams and 8 jack screw supports. He did an excellent job, was able to begin my project in just a couple of weeks, and was reasonably priced. I recommend his services and will hire him again for other projects.

WOW....I don't know what other way to describe my experience with Master Craft & Design! Eddie and his team did an amazing job turning an unfinished part of our basement into an amazing guest bedroom. He worked with us on selecting the best flooring, colors and design for the room. He also custom built our master bedroom closet and hallway closet, transforming them from a standard wire rack closet into custom build wooden shelving and multiple areas for our hanging clothes. We didn't know exactly what we wanted the closets to look like, so he patiently worked with us to create a design that was beyond our wildest dreams. He also transformed our laundry room from a cramped, disorganized space into a beautiful, functional space. For every project, he used top quality materials. He also threw in a couple of fixes on some annoying issues we had with the house (doors not closing right, swapping out some standard light switches for dimmers, etc) free of charge. He finished everything ahead of schedule and never changed our price from the original quote. His team also showed the highest respect for our home by putting down paper and hanging plastic to contain any mess. They even brought our trash cans up from the end of the driveway after trash day! Master Craft & Design have created some lifelong customers in us!

Absolutely fabulous! We had a really great experience working with Master Craft & Design. They remodeled both our guest bathroom and deck in July 2018. Both projects exceeded our expectations!! Ed and his crew showed up on time every day and were very professional and friendly. They treated our house as if it were their own - taking care of the space and cleaning up at the end of every day. They were like family when they were in our home. In fact, we miss having them around! Both projects were finished on time and very close to our original quote. Ed was also very responsive and accommodated all of my requests which was important to me.
The bathroom included updating the plumbing, laying new tile in the shower and floor and repairing the drywall. The bathroom is gorgeous and the attention to detail with the tilework was amazing. Josh offered his design suggestions along the way and we were so thankful for that since we had never done a remodel before.
Ed and his crew took our small crappy deck and turned it into a true outdoor sanctuary! They reinforced the old frame, replaced all of the deck boards, added a ton of new square footage, and gave us a gorgeous new railing. Every time I walk now outside my heart smiles. We absolutely love our new deck and enjoy spending time out there!
We couldn’t be happier with the way both projects turned out. I would highly recommend Master Craft & Design. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Eddie has done a great job. He has been wildly responsive to concerns, and the end result looks great. He laid tile, built a custom cabinet in a tricky location, and then trimmed out my cabinets to look like they were customized all along. We came up with innovative solutions for the cabinet above my refrigerator, so the new, taller fridge fit AND my cabinet doors open freely. It is a brilliant solution you'll have to ask him about.

Master Craft & Design changed my house in to a home. Eddie and his team arrived promptly everyday and worked hard until the project was completed to perfection, never any complaints or excuses along the way. His team was very professional and were extremely patient when I was having a hard time finalizing the stain colors for my cabinets. Also, Eddie is not one to nickel and dime along the way, he stuck to his original estimate and kept me up to date of all progress. In the end, my house is now my home and I will be looking for Master Craft & Design for any future work that I need for my house.
