We Offer FLAT RATE PRICING!!!. You'll know the price before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our customers need guidance prior to arriving. If we can solve an issue over the phone there is no obligation. Our diagnostic fee if we visit is a "flat fee" and pricing is determined before we repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians have continuous education. We are "NATE" certified & install & repair according to all manufacturer specifications.
