Having recently moved into the South Elgin area, we were in need of an electrician and Volt Amp Electric was a provider that HomeAdvisor matched for the described job. Currently having a home with an unfinished basement but wanting to have some functionality in it, I needed a couple new outlets installed. Once I received my matches from HomeAdvisor, Brittany from Volt Amp contacted me in under 5 mins which was both a surprise and refreshing. We corresponded via phone, text and email and got the job lined up with a firm quote of expected services\materials\time. On the scheduled day of service, the Volt Amp electrician, Luigi, showed up on time and walked with me while we went through what was wanted and how it would be completed. Luigi and one his apprentices, Mike, started the job and worked, unmonitored, until completed. Once completed, Luigi walked through the finished product, which included two new GFCI outlets and a new dedicated circuit in the panel. Volt Amp was a fantastic, customer first provider and I would highly recommend anyone in the area they service to utilize this company.

Both the office staff and the electrician were top notch. The work (new GFC outlets, work on the electric panel and fixing a 4 way switch circuit) was done quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend them!!!

Great family company!Used Volt Amp to rectify electrical issues within a townhome I purchased. Brittany was courteous and flexible setting up a service appt. Luigi and helper were very professional and easy to talk with. They did a great job!You can bet I will be calling Volt for assistance with future projects.

Working with Brittany and Luigi of Vplt Amp Electric on the power renovations on my basement wasgreat. Luigi is full of helpful ides and suggestions we did not think of. Brittany kept us up to date on appointments etc. I would highly recommend Volt Amp Electric to others.
