I offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. There is a standard service call fee, and all work is quoted before starting. I focus on fair pricing based on the scope of work and quality of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I assess the issue on-site and perform diagnostics. Then I explain the problem in simple terms and provide options with pricing. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently and make sure everything is safe, tested, and working properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on field experience in HVAC and electrical systems, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations. I continuously work with real-world service calls, follow NEC and local codes, and stay updated with modern equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
