Our heat went down and a friend of a friend recommended us to them. Tommy who is the owner I believe came out himself and he got us back running within hours. They just installed a new unit with a very good price and I want to thank him and give him a shoutout. Awesome people and awesome service. Amazing results .

Ethan was wonderful throughout the process of servicing my furnace. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and the time he took to explain his procedures, along with informing me issues I had with the built in humidifier. This is the first time I used Clinate Control and I wont hesitate having the company come to my home bi-annually to service my furnace and air conditioner.
Climate Control Services LLC's reply
Thank you for the kind review, CM Sylvester. We're thrilled Ethan provided professional, clear service and that his humidifier guidance was helpful. We appreciate you choosing us for your furnace and A/C care and look forward to servicing your equipment biannually. If anything comes up between visits, please contact us.

From start to finish installation of the new furnace and thermostat was flawless. Installers took extreme care of my home and cleaned up afterwards. The thermostat was explained in great detail and all communication was excellent. A great group of guys who all worked well together to achieve the installation. Tom, the owner, gave very detailed analysis in his quoting with no pressure to use his company. I chose Climate Control because of all the other great reviews and I chose correctly!

This was a great experience. I went to another company and they stated that my furnace could not be repaired and that the parts were no longer available. When I checked with climate control they came out same day, assessed the issue and gave me a quote same day to repair. 3 days later it was up and running. The tech Danny was awesome and extremely nice. The whole experience was great. Thank you!
Climate Control Services LLC's reply
We really appreciate your thoughtful review! We’re happy we could provide a second opinion, same-day service, and a successful repair. Danny is a great asset to our team, and we’ll be sure to pass along your feedback. Thank you for choosing Climate Control Services in Elgin IL, 60124!
