- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the home/office as well as frequency. Other factors that we take into account: pets, amount of furniture/decor, specialty items, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually let that be up to the customer. We offer free walk throughs prior to signing up for service in order to ensure that all questions have been answered. However, we understand that many people have busy schedules and prefer to just get their cleaning on the schedule without a walk through. In this case we will have a potential customer answer some preliminary questions in order to ensure that we are quoting accurately and covering all needs. We can usually get our new customers on the schedule within a week.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research and talk/meet with your potential cleaning service. Some businesses cut corners in order to cut costs. At Mint Cleaning, we want our customers feeling secure with who they have in their home or business, which is why we go above and beyond to be as professional as possible. All employees at Mint Cleaning are subject to background checks and drug screenings, we have all proper liability insurances in place, and our employees are actual employees of Mint Cleaning and not outside contractors. We also provide a contact person that all customers can directly get ahold of. This means no automated machines or calling around to get the right person. We also offer credit card payment options which is an added convenience for many of our customers. These are some of the ways we remain more in control of the overall quality and services we provide.
