Shannon is an amazing person! She has incredible energy and vision. She is an incredible listener and then uses those skills to help you see what was always in front of you in a different way. She is able to help you break through your own barriers and move forward with greater clarity.

I was an exhibitor at 'whole self nourish' twice. I thought it was a very well run event & a great concept. It was thoughtfully planned out & well executed. It had a good variety of offerings for the participants.
