I had a very positive experience with Pete and Reliable Chimney & Masonry. Pete was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he found during the inspection. He answered my questions patiently and never made me feel rushed.
The crew completed chimneyrepairs and tuckpointing, and the workmanship looks great. They arrived as scheduled, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me informed throughout the process. I also appreciated that Pete documented his findings and explained the reasoning behind his recommendations so I could make informed decisions about my home.
Overall, I found Reliable Chimney & Masonry to be honest, thorough, and easy to work with. If you're looking for a company that takes pride in its work and communicates well, I would recommend Pete and Reliable Chimney & Masonry.

Had a crew come out to tuck point my chimney and a couple other minor repairs. They did fantastic work. Peter was very informative on why and how these things were happening and resolved the problem.

Reliable Chimney & Masonry did a great job replacing the liner in my chimney. They explained everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the work looks solid and professional. Pricing was fair and the job was completed exactly as promised. I’d definitely recommend them if you need chimney work done.

Reliable did a great job on my chimney. I had them come out and leave a quote and Pete was super helpful in helping me understand what I needed done. The tile flues on top of the fireplace shifted and a liner was necessary. The guys cleaned up after themselves and really went the extra mile in painting the fireplace for me. I would definitely recommend.
