After a house inspection showed that we needed some chimney work, we went with Valor Chimney Services. Owner Dave Palm was quite prepared. For starters, he showed up for the proposal process armed with photos of previous work, as well as an insurance certificate (!) so he could climb up on the roof. Dave took his time explaining what all needed to be done, and how it would be accomplished. His crew was very professional and spent as much time cleaning up any messes as they spent on the actual work (replacing chimney crown, tuckpointing chimney from roof down into attic, installing chimney cap, resealing flashing). Oh yeah -- and let's not forget the 15-year labor and materials warranty. All in all, a superb job.

I have used Valor Chimney since I bought my new house. The service is exceptional and the owner does all of the work. He even came to our house a a few times to answer questions I had and show me what I was doing wrong.

Amazing service!! I will never use anyone else. Dave was so professional and knowledgeable. My fireplace is safe which lets me have peace of mind. When dave left there wasn't a spot of dust to be found. Thank you Valor!!

We have used Valor twice, and both times they have been excellent. One major chimney repair, and one smaller but important issue. Both times they were very responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, professional......just all around good. We were and are pleased.
