- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first start working with a new customer, we try to get as much information as possible. By doing this, we make sure that there isn't any part of the process that hasn't been covered and also gives us a better understanding of how to handle each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 5 years of experience in restoration services like flood and mold restoration, each of our technicians also is IRI and IICRC certified. We make sure our practices are up to the current standards of Illinois regulations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Any and all customers! We never pick and choose who we want to work with and are more than willing to assist anyone whose house or apartment needs restoring. With so much experience under our belt, this isn't a situation we aren't comfortable dealing with.
