- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If you're a buyer, you pay nothing, in fact, we'll give you money for a home inspection if you use us. If you're a seller, we offer sliding commission scales to ensure you keep as much money in your pocket as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new client, it's important to have a consultation prior to moving forward, just to ensure that we are the right fit for you, and you are the right fit for us. If you're a seller, we'll schedule an interior walk-through of the home you'd like to sell. This will allow us to discuss the value of your home, the value of the services we offer, and other strategic ideas to make sure you get the most equity out of the sale of your home. If you're a buyer, I'd love to sit down and buy you a coffee, and discuss your situation, what you're looking for, and how we can successfully find you the perfect home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My career in real estate began as an investor. I started off buying, rehabbing, and selling homes (I still do). I decided to get my broker's license so I could sell the homes my partner and I were rehabbing. After working with my very first client outside of the investing, I was hooked. The service and value I was able to provide that client, and the appreciation and satisfaction they felt, really inspired me. I've been a people-person my whole life. I have a background in the service industry and truly enjoy working with and helping others. Before I got into real estate, I was never extremely interested in houses, but it was my passion for helping others that facilitated my passion for real estate. I soon realized that real estate is just as much a people business, as it is a business about homes, and from that point I knew I had a career in helping other buy and sell real estate.
