- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For residential customers, we charge per panel. Discounts kick in when a yearly ( which is every quarter ) and Bi annual, contracts. Commericial pricing also have discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for information regarding the arrays installed, location and amount of solar panels needed to be serviced over the phone or email. We prefer email with home location to verify legitmacy of requested estimate- only because a lot of start up companies or competitors are calling us to figure out how to what we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Residential Electrician. NABCEP certification. OSHA 30.
