Liz is inspirational! I love her yoga practices. They are a workout and Liz Helps me get in the correct pose to get the most benefit from the practice. She is always on time and goes the extra mile asking if there is anything specific to work on. Love her classes.

Liz is the Best Yoga and Pilates instructor I have ever had. Her instruction and concern for her clients go beyond the normal that I have experienced... Liz is also very considerate regarding her students time.. She makes site that her classes ALWAYS start and finish on time!
