- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I nearly always start with discussing what expectations they have for the entertainment. This helps me to determine which services might best suit their needs, how much time should be given for the services, if there is a particular theme they would like to incorporate into the entertainment, go over the packages we can offer, or customize for them and finally discuss what payment options we offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I routinely attend conferences geared toward the entertainment community. I teach at face painting conventions and regularly attend balloon and clown jams, conferences and meetings. I also regularly log time at airbrush conventions to continually increase my skills, design offerings and speed with airbrush designs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with families, park districts, corporate accounts. Anyone looking to provide entertainment or comic relief for an event.
