3 painters started the job and same 3 were on the project until completion.Quality of work is top notch.

Highly recommend Dicarlo Painting , not only they did an excellent job at a great price but finished within the agreed timeframe. I hired them to refinish my cabinets and paint the bedrooms .I appreciate how reliable they are and any communication or concerns regarding the project was always welcome and done in a respectful way.

I received three quotes from painters I found on Thumbtack. Of the three, I went with Tony because he provided me with the most realistic estimate and also showed me all the areas in my place where I had extensive drywall damage.
My walls were really bad. The paint job before was very poor, window ledges were rotting, and there were tons of places that had cracks in the drywall.
The team came in on Monday morning and by Friday evening, the place looked brand new. There is no evidence of drywall damage anywhere. I had everything painted - all the trim, door panes, window ledges, and every wall of a 2bed / 2 bath condo. The lines look very crisp too. I've not seen this quality a paint job before.
I'm disabled and To y's team helped move furniture and also helped put everything back. They cleaned up before leaving and took the time to walk through and do touch ups as well. They were polite and worked hard and quickly. Even my doorman commented on how great Tony and his crew were (and already asked for his info for a job he has for him).
I'm very happy. I didn't go with the cheapest quote I received, I went with the expert. He worked with the paint quality and brand I wanted (another quote I received refused to use the same brand). Tony was also very communicative before and during the project. I definitely feel like I got what I paid for here and will not hesitate to recommend Dicarlo Painting to others.

Nice guy, but after the job was finished and once we really looked at the work it was mediocre. There are smudge marks/blemishes on the walls. The cut in lines were not completely straight like I'd think it should've been for professional work. Paint on my cabinets, paint was on carpet. They pretty much left a mess. Paint all left in the kitchen sink so I could scrub out. Paint chips everywhere. They didn't finish painting down the wall behind washer/dryer. You can visibly see a gap of 4-5 inches up from baseboard at the sides of washer/dryer. Communication wasn't the best. A rental unit so I gave them keys and I would've thought I would heard by end of day 1 with an update. Was also told they were coming a different day to finish it, but I should've been asked if it was ok rather than him telling me they are changing the day to finish it as we had other work to be done there. That worked out, but just the principle. I don't like giving bad reviews, but we're just not happy with the work.
