There will be a discount on the service fee in comparison with the standard fee.

1️⃣ Initial Contact & Discovery The process begins with an introductory conversation—by phone, email, or in person to understand your needs, goals, and timeline. This allows me to determine how I can best support you, whether you’re buying, selling, or renting. 2️⃣ Consultation & Strategy We schedule a more detailed consultation to discuss: Your objectives and priorities Market conditions Budget or pricing expectations Any questions or concerns you may have From there, I outline a clear strategy tailored to your situation. Education & Preparation I walk you through the process step by step, explaining what to expect, important timelines, and potential challenges. If needed, I can help connect you with trusted lenders, attorneys, and title professionals so you’re fully prepared before moving forward. Execution Once the plan is in place, I handle the execution, whether that’s searching for homes, marketing a property, coordinating showings, or screening tenants—while keeping you informed at every stage. Ongoing Communication You’ll receive regular updates, honest feedback, and prompt responses to questions. My goal is to ensure there are no surprises and that you always know where things stand. Negotiation & Problem-Solving I advocate on your behalf during negotiations and work proactively to resolve any issues that arise, always keeping your best interests front and center. Closing & Follow-Up After the transaction is completed, I remain available for follow-up questions, referrals, or future real estate needs. Building long-term relationships, not just closing transactions, is a core focus of my business.
