We just completed a major house renovation and our first floor was extremely dirty/dusty from all the work. Not only kitchen cabinets but many random items that were not covered as well as they should’ve been. In addition, I am 36 weeks pregnant and have a toddler, so it was an extremely daunting task to get our house clean enough for baby’s arrival! The Sparkle team was so responsive when I explained the situation. I had to move the day many times and they were so accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. They just left my house and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It was a big job, and the three of them handled it with positive energy, cleaning, organizing, and wiping every little thing down. They are wonderful and I can not recommend them enough!!! Love love love their work and plan on having them back for a “typical” cleaning job, as I’m sure they would always do a great job no matter what tasks are thrown their way.

I can't say enough good things about Sparkle. I contacted them one night and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. They were in and out in an hour and a half. I was working from home while they were cleaning and they were very respectful. My apartment looked amazing when they were finished and they are very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be using them again.

Sparkle cleaners did an excellent job with heavy duty cleaning. Selling a house and needed walls and baseboards, inside drawers and cabinets cleaned. They came on time and worked for 4 hours just as she quoted me. Very respectful of my time and made sure all was cleaned to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend Sindy and her crew.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are based on a hourly rate . Hourly rate depends how many cleaners are coming . Quote is estimated by size of home and type of cleaning .
We require a $30 deposit . Send through quick pay or pay pal . This is applied to your total and is refundable if cleaning is cancel with in 48hrs .
If home is 20 miles away from Elmwood Park , we keep a minimum of hours to make our trip worth it .
We give discounts to return customers and if you book a weekly or biweekly service .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answering as many questions as possible , setting up a date that works best for both of us . If date is far away , catch up as cleaning approaches.
