Ed was not only professional but was actually early and had started by the time I got to the house. He took his time to see and explain everything. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He doesn't cut corners he looks at everything from top to bottom. He explained everything in simple terms as to what needed to be fixed. He spent about 3.5 hours to to make sure he covered everything. Wow! the best inspector I have met. I can't think of anything that he forgot. I will for sure use again . Thanks a lot Ed. Dallas

Edward is a very thorough detective, intensely curious and was tenacious at tracking down a water problem that he noticed in our 130+-year-old brick foundation. He discovered some mysteries about the foundation that we may never solve but at least we identified specific problems and have a plan for solving them! I can recommend him without reservation.
