- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not just an estimate but the actual number for which we will do the job. The only estimated items are items that are hidden from sight until actually starting the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with an in-home free consultation during which we assess the project, listen to the customer's plans, advise on design ideas . We present them with an itemized written quote allowing for options where the customer still needs to make decisions, and upon agreement we draft the contract with the final decided details included .
