Initial Consultation: The process begins with an initial consultation, either by phone, email, text or in person. During this consultation you tell us your cleaning needs, the size and characteristics of your home or office, service expectations and any special requests you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On-the-Job Training: We provide on-the-job training to our associates, where they learn effective cleaning techniques, safety procedures, the proper use of cleaning products and equipment, and how to interact with customers.
