Looking to empower clients by helping them get to their goals, meeting them wherever they are on their fitness journey. I like clients who are driven and have a whatever it takes mentality. My specialities are strength training, adding muscle, and relieving pain. I have worked with a wide range of clients from elementary kids to seniors which has given me a unique understanding of the body that I enjoy teaching to my clients. I am also a strength and conditioning coach and have trained many athletes for football, basketball, soccer, tennis, track, etc.

Jordan is an excellent trainer. He tailors his workouts to my level and also challenges me safely. I was able to rehab my shoulder and gain strength and flexibility with ease. And mostly he’s fun and the workout is over before you know it. He also is skilled at working with multiple people and offering us each a unique workout designed for our different body types and personalities. I highly recommend him!

Jordan is a true professional. He is always punctual, he has a well thought out plan for each session and he has extremely flexible hours. He has been my trainer for several years and he always keeps the workouts fresh. He is an amazing motivator. He has helped me to achieve more physical strength and endurance which has helped with my focus at home and work. Highly recommended!

I have been training consistently with Jordan the last several years. He has helped me battle back from a devastating knee injury that required three surgeries. My range of motion in the injured leg is still improving three plus years post-injury and my overall strength and flexibility are better than pre-injury. The best value of Jordan’s training sessions, in my view, is that they improve my workouts on the days I work on my own. He also uncannily figures out, quickly, what I can and cannot accomplish on given training days, thereby maximizing what we get out of each session. I appreciate how Jordan’s work has kept me healthy and in the gym instead of giving in to a “bad” knee and staying home on the couch.
