- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session I will take a client through an assessment. I focus more on stretching and mobility in our first few sessions to help elevate tightness and/or pain. The assessment will help me gauge where we should start from to accomplish your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-National Academy of Sports and Medicine (N.A.S.M.)-Certified Personal Trainer -N.A.S.M.-Performance Enhancement Specialist (P.E.S.) -Certified Functional Strength Coach -Certified Speed and Agility Coach -ADP & CPR certified
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first few jobs were in healthcare and I’ve always been into sports and fitness. Being a personal trainer just seems like the perfect fit for my experiences, knowledge, and education.
